Overview

Polyphen® can be produced in a wide range of densities from 30 kg/m3 to 300 kg/m3 (2-20 lbs/cu ft), depending on the intended application. The density range of greatest commercial interest is 40-50 kg/m3, which covers most applications for thermal insulation foams.

Polyphen® is available in block form, or sheets (up to 800 mm thick) or a variety of profiles e.g. pipe lagging or curved segments for tank insulation.
